The cultivation methods of spirit beasts differ from those of Cultivators in the Qi Condensation Realm.
Although spirit beasts also absorb nature's spiritual energy, they do not refine it into Spiritual Power; instead, they use it to temper their physical bodies, somewhat similar to the cultivation methods of humans in the Physical Body Realm.
Thus, when nature's spiritual energy enters the body of a spirit beast, it serves as nourishment for their physical body.
However, sometimes spirit beasts cannot fully use the absorbed nature's spiritual energy to temper their bodies. Over time, the leftover portion solidifies into something akin to stones and is stored away—these are known as Spirit Crystals.
Similarly to Spirit Crystals, there is another substance in the world called Spirit Stones.
Spirit Stones are formed from the accumulation and condensation of nature's spiritual energy.
For powerful Cultivators, Spirit Stones are essential.
After all, the spiritual energy in nature is too sparse, how could it compare to the solid manifestation of concentrated spiritual energy?
Spirit Stones and Spirit Crystals, while named differently, are essentially the same, being condensates of nature's spiritual energy.
The ones formed within spirit beasts are called Spirit Crystals, while the naturally formed ones are Spirit Stones.
A single Spirit Stone is usually equivalent to a hundred Gold Coins.
