Chapter 74: Getting in Gear
It was afternoon when they left the post office, carrying their bags along with them.
From there, they boarded a rune-train to meet up with Daphne and Aofie, who according to his instructions, had rented a place in the Eastern district.
The reason he had picked this position was because the Eastern district was close to the East gate, which led to the back of the Skentic ruins...
The place that would be their training ground for the time being.
To find them, all they had to do was meet up with the local housing business in the area.
Daphne and Aofie had already left instructions for them there.
The house they were directed to was a well maintained old building with a high fence, and enough room beside it.
A large old tree stood by the house, towering above it and casting a shadow over the building.
The sound of rustling leaves made the area pleasant and serene, and a calm cold breeze was drifting toward them, as well as a few dried leaves that were descending from the tree.
The house was painted a cool shade of grey while the window sills were white, and at the center of the compound was a cobblestone path that split the grass, leading up to the door.
"Not bad, they actually got a good place." Freya murmured from beside him.
