Chapter 96: Ch.96 Neo And Yulan(2)
Today was a leave as the antique shop was closed, so Neo did his morning practice and returned to the orphanage.
He didn’t see Yulan, and although he felt something was missing, he quickly took a bath and changed his clothes.
Walking out, he prepared for Yulan’s nagging but didn’t hear it. Remembering her absence, he could help but stand still for a moment.
Changing his clothes, he picked up a mask and a new pair of clothes, putting them in his small bag, and walking through the alley, he entered a dark corner.
He changed his clothes, put on the mask, and wore a voice-changing collar. An illusory ring was also worn by him, making it difficult for people to remember his appearance.
After making sure that everything was ready, he released a deep breath and walked out of the alley.
Following the map in his head, he reached the entrance of a tunnel and entered through the somewhat hidden passage.
Walking inside the dark tunnel for ten whole minutes, he stopped in front of a wall on his left side. He knocked on it ten times continuously before stopping.
Then, counting one minute on his watch, he knocked three times with a five-second gap between each knock.
He then waited for another minute before a knock was heard from inside the door. He waited for the fifth knock before answering.
"Heart as Black as Night."
After he said that, the wall shook, revealing a massive warehouse filled with crates and boxes inside. Two buff men were guarding the entrance as they nodded at him.
