Chapter 95 - Eighty
LEO
"I found the hacker," John says, his voice serious. There is no hint of his usual playfulness.
"Are you gonna tell me over the phone or want me to see you?" I ask as I open the door of my car and hope in. Kevin is sitting in the driving seat. Leon has hopped on beside me.
"Who is around you right now?" He asks. "Wait, don’t tell. Text me instead." He quickly instructs and I text him.
LEO: Kevin and Leon.
JOHN: Deflect both of them and come to my place. I have something to show you.
I raise a brow at my phone screen but don’t ask any questions.
LEO: Will be there in a while.
I slip my phone into my pocket and sit properly on my seat. For some reason, I am feeling very nauseated. My stomach is rolling and I can’t focus on anything. I am feeling a bit sleepy too and it’s very unlike me because I am full of energy when I am working and I never get tired easily.
"Who called Leo?" Kevin asks, looking at the back through the mirror as he pulls the car out of the driveway of the Snow estate.
"Nothing important." I reply, my tone is the same laid back, "Drive the car properly." I add since I am feeling even more nauseated as he has started to drive the car.
