The Third Floor of the Cafeteria is usually exclusive for those Cadets that have Access Grade 4; Or gor Recruits with Access Grade 3, as Instructors possess a minimum of Access Grade 2 and usually are in the First, Fourth or Fifth Floor.
The exception to this unwritten rule comes from the Lounge, as there are only three on the Third Floor, an oddity as the other Floors, starting from the Fourth Floor, have Five Private Lounges, and Khallyon is the owner of the principal Lounge, being way larger than its homologous.
