Chapter 289: Stop looking for Tsar
Demitri stared at his computer screen before bringing his hands to the back of his head. He ruffled his hair and turned off the system after some time. Days had passed since he started looking into Tsar’s whereabouts, but so far he had found nothing.
Slipping into a thick jacket, Demitri put his wallet inside and went outside to breathe some air and also have a dinner.
As soon as he stepped outside, the rain started pouring down. He went inside and grabbed his car keys along with an umbrella. Driving in a car, he reached a fine dining restaurant, not too far from his house.
He ordered a hotpot and took a seat near the window. Looking outside, he watched the rain pour, falling in his own thoughts. The phone in his pocket buzzed and he took it out.
"Grandma?" Demitri mumbled and quickly answered the call. "Grandma, good evening. Is everything fine?" he asked worriedly.
"Everything is fine. Do you think I call you only when I’m not well?" Grandmother Alessia asked from the other side.
"No," Demitri chuckled with a smile.
"I have a proposal to share with you. Do you remember Mr. Tony Morelli?" she asked.
"Yes, I do. What about him?" Demitri inquired. The waiter came with a hotpot and placed it on the table. Demitri thanked him with a smile and focused his attention on the call.
