Faye Townsend couldn’t remember the name, just found it pleasing to the eye.
"How did it happen, to end up with acute enteritis?"
"I was starving on my way back yesterday, so I ate some street hot pot."
"Oh dear, your delicate stomach is so fragile."
Clara sat by the bed: "I’ve never heard of anyone actually ending up in the hospital from eating that."
"Alright, stop making fun of me. How did it go for you when you went back yesterday? Did Oliver scold you?"
"No, but he’s ignoring me now." Clara shrugged: "He acts like this when he’s mad, but he probably knows it’s not my fault, so he even had breakfast with me this morning.
I’m afraid he’ll keep being mad, so I’m not staying at the villa tonight, no matter what."
Faye laughed: "But you really let that Olivia bully you before, why are you so weak?"
"She’s just a shrew, I don’t want to stoop to her level, okay?"
Just as Clara finished speaking, her phone rang. She glanced at it and hung up.
Faye raised an eyebrow: "Why aren’t you answering?"
