The higher the quantity of mana you balanced, the more effective your meditation technique.
However, if you want to focus on shadow mana alone, you might have to change your meditation technique–though, it would take some time, but your mana core and mana network would gradually get used to it.
The only downside of that... would be discarding other elemental mana in your mana core.}
