Kaiju successfully penetrated his dagger deep on the Crimson Knight’s joints, causing the latter to fall on his knees. However, Kaiju was not delighted as his daggers were stuck when the Crimson Knight kneeled on the floor.
Furthermore, the roar of the Crimson Knight still stunned Snow and Little Gorilla, entirely negating their magic skills, even causing Snow to fall, as Kaiju received her with his right shoulder.
Kaiju desperately tried to pull the daggers but to no avail. In the end, he stored it in his inventory and he actually succeeded. However, he did not anticipate that the second roar of the Crimson Knight was not to stun him, but it fell into enraged after it was injured.
Hence, as it entered the berserk state, the Mana Aura’s oppressive effects soared, causing Kaiju to feel the gravity increase instantly. He felt he was about to be crushed by the heavy weight.
The Crimson Knight then grabbed the double-headed ax’s handle with his two hands and swung it towards his back, seemingly not caring if it would break his spine or not. Kaiju did not expect the speed of the swing, even he assumed it was faster than he was.
Not good! Kaiju’s hair stood on ends. Using blink now was meaningless as it would take some time to be activated. Hence, Kaiju’s only choice was... to welcome the attack.
Kaiju clucked his tongue and then summoned his daggers. He wanted to parry it with his daggers, but he activated the passive effects of the advanced dagger mastery, Phantom Slash, hoping it would reduce the force behind the double-headed ax’s attack.
