Mobuseka:Leon's Adventure

Chapter 67: The first day of suffering and Luxion in the window

At a bar, Leon met Daniel Fou Durland and Raymond Fou Arkin. Just like in the original manga and light novel, they turned out to be ordinary guys with whom Leon quickly struck up a friendship. He enjoyed talking to them, and their camaraderie formed effortlessly. However, unlike the original story, their group now included two brothers—Tony and Vito. This added even more energy and dynamism to their interactions.

The next day at the Academy, the entrance ceremony took place. Attendance was mandatory for all new students. Leon found himself in the massive hall among a sea of other students. The ceremony began with the entrance of the kingdom's prince—Julius—who was to deliver the opening speech.

"Ughhh, I don't want to listen to this idiot," Leon grumbled to himself, sitting in his chair and impatiently waiting for it all to be over. He couldn't care less about what the prince had to say, but leaving the hall was not an option. That would be seen as a blatant show of disrespect toward the royal family, and his father would give him hell for it if he found out.

"Although..." Leon mused, trying to keep boredom at bay, "he could beat me up for it. But in a couple of weeks, I'll do something way worse than just walking out of the hall."

His train of thought was suddenly interrupted by someone's voice:

"Finally! I've waited ten years for these princes!"

Leon turned around and saw a girl. She was a short blonde with bright blue eyes, and her energetic demeanor immediately caught everyone's attention.

"Ugh... I completely forgot about my sister," Leon sighed, recognizing her. "It's been years since I last saw her."

He observed Marie closely, recalling both his past life and the events of the manga and novel.

"How funny," he thought, watching her. "She's an old lady now, with a daughter and everything. Yet here she is, looking like a fifteen-year-old girl and acting like a child. It'd be hilarious if Erica showed up here too..."

At that moment, Leon pondered: What should I do? Should I change the future and warn her right now not to make any stupid decisions? Or let her face the consequences and learn the hard way?
