My vision completely changed.
A land endlessly ablaze. From the mountain-like pile of corpses, blood flows like a river.
A hellish scene like a painted picture. Beyond that horrifying sight, two massive forms were clashing.
A gigantic monstrous bird, as if fire itself had gained life. And a knight in golden armor, raising a sword of light towering high enough to touch the sky.
I knew the moment I saw them. Those two were not mortals, but beings that far surpassed ordinary creatures……
Gods.
With the flap of the monstrous bird’s wings, the ground transformed into a sea of fire, and with a single strike from the gigantic knight, mountains split into valleys.
A battle beyond human comprehension…a fight only permitted to gods. This must be a scene from the War of the Fallen Gods.
