Chapter 1683: Eastern Region Federations Counterattack
Under Li Luo and Jiang Qing'e's lead, the Eastern Region Federation quickly launched a series of fervent attacks across the East Divine Continent in the following three months.

However, the Shadow World didn't stand by idly. Firstly, the Other Dominions started to descend on the East Divine Continent at a higher frequency. The largest Other Dominions, the ones led by Triple Crowned Devil Kings, had been mainly focused on the inner divine continents. Those continents were home to the most powerful humans, so the Shadow World was unable to divert any of its Triple Crowned Devil Kings to the East Divine Continent at the start of the war.
Without the fighting power of a Triple Crowned Devil King, the amount of territory occupied by the Other Dominions on the East Divine Continent began to decrease as they sought to avoid the blade of the Eastern Region Federation. Li Luo knew that another Triple Crowned Devil King would descend upon them eventually, however. At that point in time, the Other Dominions would rally under the lead of that Devil King, and the federation would not be able to eliminate dominions with ease any longer. Thus, they had to take advantage of this opportunity to quickly vanquish and weaken the Other Dominions that were present now, in order to whittle away at the foundation the opponents had established.
Most importantly, taking down enemies resulted in great rewards! Finding Other Kings and Other Dominions was basically the same as finding treasures, as taking them down earned him more Fortune of Heaven and Earth. Thus, he slaughtered to his heart's content.
