The Origin Reversion Institute possessed a terrifying background. The Thirteen Underworld Kings were second only to the Heavenly Emperors of the organization. It was said that only those who were at the Dual Crowned King Stage could join their ranks.
The Demonic Flame Underworld King was the Third Seat and therefore the third strongest, meaning that he was at the Triple Crowned King Stage. Someone of this caliber was easily capable of ruining the situation that they had arduously shifted in their favor.
"Isn't the Academic Federation currently fighting against the Origin Reversion Institute? How could someone like him be allowed to run here?" Li Luo asked with a frown.
Based on what he knew, the Academic Federation had locked horns with the Origin Reversion Institute in a battle so grand that even their Heavenly Emperors were being deployed.
How had such a large fish made his way here? What were those old emperors doing?
The Demonic Flame Underworld King, wreathed in dark-green flames, looked at Li Luo. Then, as though he could read his mind, he smirked.
"The Origin Reversion Institute has incited numerous Other Disasters throughout the divine continents. This is not the only Other Dominion that is descending. All of the Kings of the Academic Federation are anxiously fighting against us, but they are splitting their attention to deal with the Other Dominions. Thus, they are all very busy right now," he croaked hoarsely.
Li Luo's heart sank. Working in tandem with the Other Dominions to stretch the Academic Federation thin was truly a vicious move by the Origin Reversion Institute. It was no surprise that there weren't enough people to go around.
The Origin Reversion Institute had been plotting this for countless years. At this point, many Other Disasters that had been triggered a while ago had reached a large enough scale for the Other Dominions to descend.
Although many of those dominions weren't as strong as the Saturnine Hydra Devil King's Eight Headed Other Dominion, the sheer number of them just made it a thorny situation to deal with.
