The blood lake that had submerged House Luolan's headquarters was as black as ink now. The surface of the lake was deathly still and not a single ripple disturbed it. It was almost an unsettling sight.

"Sister Qing'e, are you alright?" Li Luo asked with concern.
He could see that Jiang Qing'e had harmed her source origin foundation to allow Li Lingjing to escape. Although her foundation was immeasurably deep and sturdy, this would still have some sort of lasting impact.
"It’s not a big deal. There's nothing to worry about." Jiang Qing'e's face gradually regained color due to the impressive recovery ability of her light resonant power.
"Let's go, we've got the skeletal summoning platform to destroy." Li Luo grabbed her hand and rubbed it gently, providing a sense of comfort.
There was no need to pay anymore attention to Shen Jinxiao, as Cousin Lingjing would deal with him.
Jiang Qing'e nodded. The sacred light in her eyes allowed her to peer deeply into the pitch-black lake. She could keenly sense that an extremely evil power had arisen in the depths.
It made her feel uncomfortable.
