Chapter 1458: Chi Li
As Li Luo watched the movements on the ancient colleges’ light monument, squads continued to jump up and down, showing how fierce the competition was. Meanwhile, Jiang Qing'e's squad with her four victories and no losses remained at thirteenth place. At the same time, there were several squads who were lined up in a similar position.

Of course, this didn't mean that he was much stronger than Jiang Qing'e, merely that he had not met any comparable opponents in the early stages of the competition. Li Luo then turned to look at Chi Chan and noticed that her gaze was similarly focused on the ancient colleges’ light monument. The difference was that her gaze was filled with fear and disgust.
When she noticed Li Luo looking at her, she gave a forced smile. Seeing the usually cold and placid Chi Chan reveal weakness made Li Luo want to comfort her. "Mentor, you can be assured that so long as you don't wish for it, no one will be able to take you away."
When she saw Li Luo's resolute but warm gaze, her cherry-red lips pursed slightly and a warm current flowed through her heart. "Thank you," she said with a nod.
