Chapter 37: Too Easy
Ivy clearly didn’t expect Oliver to talk about it so casually.
Her eyes trembled, and her lips parted slightly.
This was a relationship she wanted, but it was her first experience — she still felt unsure about revealing it to others, let alone to her family.
Now, not only did others know, even her grandfather had found out.
Ivy avoided meeting her grandfather’s gaze, but to her surprise, he suddenly burst into laughter after recovering from his initial shock.
"Seriously?" He looked at Oliver in disbelief.
"I thought my granddaughter wasn’t interested in men. Looks like I was wrong. Then again, she probably just wanted someone with a better-looking face. Hahaha... But I suppose that’s fair — Ivy’s actually very beautiful. She just rarely shows it, except lately."
Ivy: "..."
At that moment, the other students who had been confused by her sudden change in appearance finally understood. So... it was all for Oliver.
Trying to act indifferent, Ivy turned and walked toward the gorilla’s hill.
As she had said, it wasn’t too far away. In fact, the hill didn’t seem different from the others around it.
The only thing that stood out was a large tree, whose branches had grown into one another, forming a hut-like structure around fifteen meters tall.
