Chapter 23: Explore
Oliver wasn’t quite sure how to respond after being scolded by the lion.
However, there was no way he would give up a treasure he had already obtained.
At that moment, the sunflower creatures began telling the lion what Oliver had done.
Apparently, upon hearing it, the lion looked even angrier.
"Brat, how dare you!" it roared again at Oliver.
"Return the seed at once," it said, then lunged with its claw.
Oliver calmly stepped aside using Void Step.
He had stepped forward, but ended up appearing several meters behind instead.
Now, he could freely decide where his step would land.
’I should just leave,’ he thought.
"Don’t think you can run away!"
The lion immediately gave chase upon seeing Oliver trying to flee.
