The important thing was, there weren’t many Lycans in the world due to the annihilation years back. Werewolves were plentiful, it’d take ages to wipe them out.
And lycans would also be reducing in great number while werewolves will be going down, and for many reasons.
Including other werewolves avenging, and hunger.
Many Lycans packs, not under High Moon Kingdom, depend on the importation of goods from werewolf packs to survive.
Werewolves couldn’t just die out or they’d be imbalance. Rogues will be plentiful too.
Only the name of powerful Kingdoms like Damancas, Lunaria and the others out there keep rogues in place.
Had that King really mapped out how he’d run the world if he ever destroyed all werewolves?
