Thankfully, Lisa didn’t notice the bracelet, if she did, she might have assumed it was one she owned as a princess.
Laurel stared at the jewelry, she didn’t know how it worked yet, hence her need for scapegoats.
After Elder Kuso, there was Elder Busu, Elder Uso and Elder Debu, Elder Baka. The five elders that helped her father during the reign of Green Valleys.
They were also the first to turn away from him, so now, she’d be playing a game of wits with them. The ones who had beaten her at the prison were the last three.
She planned to go to them with raised temper because they’d be taking a punch in their stomach before she would speak with them.
She sighted the cottage where Elder Busu always stayed at. That elder scared her as a young child, he probably would now, with how ugly yet perverted he acted.
As she got closer, she found some workers on the little farm surrounding the cottage. She smiled at them and would’ve greeted before they met her gaze.
A scowl came to her face instantly.
"You—"
Her hand went to the girl’s face sharply, slapping the hell out of it, and hoping her five fingers plastered on it.
The two boys tried running away but Laurel sped in front of them, pinning them to the wall of the cottage.
