Chapter Hundred-Sixteen – Notice
Sorren left Bebe and Sigma to watch his quarters while he strolled out. He noticed the guards whispering and snuck close to eavesdrop.
"Really? That Princess slapped a guard?"
"Yes, he tried to ask her where she went to but she yelled at him and slapped him. Goddess, she’s so daring but I can’t even talk to her to save my head."
Sorren smirked. That princess had always been a haughty one. Luckily for her, she had a working brain and was good with words to get her out of situations.
"Prince Sorren! Prince Sorren!" he heard some cooks calling. "You finally came back! We missed you!"
Sorren exhaled, before walking away quickly. In no time, he crossed the border of the pack, ignoring the curious glances the border guards were giving him.
He had to make sure of something, before he’d forget again. The attack that happened bothered him because it could have killed Sigma if it were so grand scale.
How did such a large group of warriors get so close to their pack without their guard noticing? He looked back and still saw the head of goddess-knows-who up there.
"Take that thing down! It’s a sore sight!" he ordered.
The border guards nodded, and made arrangements to climb up. Sorren continued into the forest.
There’s only one place he could think of that’d house such warriors and wouldn’t be suspected – their dear ally.
