Chapter Eleven - They exist.
"And Sorren. The man who is being nice to you. Sorren is also a Lycan wolf. Who knows if they are more out there." Elma added.
Laurel felt strangely betrayed. Sorren too? But he was nothing like what she expected from Lycans. And he wasn’t intimidating.
"What if that was why father killed them. Maybe it was really a Lycan that killed mother." Laurel mouthed.
If Lycans still exist then it kind of explained something that happened.
It was like a heavy metal ball was stuck on Laurel’s throat. Her mate, Sorren and maybe Cade? They were all Lycans.
Lycans, according to books, were stronger than werewolfs and more destructive.
They got bloodthirsty easily and wouldn’t mind killing other werewolves. They didn’t stay in packs because they had no unity.
"If it was really a Lycan that killed my mother thereby causing me all the pain I’ve endured," Laurel sniffed. "Then Stefan and his race were responsible for annihilating all my family members. And I’d never let go."
And in that case, wasn’t her father right to have attacked Stefan’s pack? It was a noble duty to eliminate Lycans.
Laurel forced herself off the ground, despite her body’s aches. "Lycans will pay for everything. If I have to carry out my father’s mission, then I will. They just have to pay."
After her declaration, her legs gave in and she fell to the ground. "I’m so weak. What am I saying when I’m like this?" she sighed, slapping the wet floor.
