“How dare you...! You think you can kill us?”
Miliana’s sudden appearance undoubtedly startled the four gods. However, they quickly regained their composure.
“Your lord may fight us gods as an equal, but now you mortals dare look down on us as well? He wields the Dimension Spiral, but you are mere humans!!”
“Even though we are not gods of battle, there is no way we’d fall to a few humans!”
“You will regret your ignorance.”
Each of the gods of balance shouted their warnings, their hostility directed at the ten, or rather, nine Godslayers.
“Serga.”
“Yes.”
“Bind their movements. Make sure they don’t escape and cause any trouble for Karyl.”
“Understood.”
Miliana, her body covered in scales, revealed sharp fangs whenever she spoke. The sword handles appeared fused with her scaled arms, their blades protruding from the back of her hands like dragon claws.
At her command, Serga began chanting a spell. He was the youngest Great Sorcerer to have learned magic directly from dragons. Though he had never truly had a formal mentor, Miliana’s introduction to Toska had finally given him an absolute figure to follow.
