Somewhere deep in a forest on the Korean Peninsula. In a place where nothing should exist, a faint distortion flickered. It was so subtle that you wouldn’t notice unless you looked closely, but every time a swaying branch or fluttering leaf passed through, the distortion in visual data became unmistakably evident. In that secluded location, dozens of military vehicles appeared.

Soon, the vehicles came to a halt right in front of the distorted zone.

While those wearing sunglasses—despite it being night—whispered among themselves, the space in front of them shimmered. Where just moments ago there had only been a narrow path through dense forest, a massive gate suddenly appeared.

Steel-like walls stretched out to either side, and a giant gate stood in the center. But the strange thing was—the walls and the towering gate both faded away faintly in the middle. Which made sense, since what stood before them was an enormous transparent dome-shaped base.

The door opened with a thunderous metallic echo. Beyond it was a full-scale military facility. Intense lantern lights from inside beamed out toward the vehicles, while soldiers in steel helmets and tactical gear moved in groups.
