Chapter 25
The fist landed squarely on Grayson’s face, and {N•o•v•e•l•i•g•h•t} his tall body shook violently. After a few seconds of silence, the birds, startled by the sudden noise, took flight at once. Grayson, who had been hesitating and stepping back when the sound of flapping wings faded away, slowly turned his head.
When his face returned to its original position, Dane stopped for the first time. His deep purple eyes were glowing with an eerie light. For a moment, they turned gold, then turned purple, and then mixed with gold again.
“Pheuheu. Hehehehe.”
An ominous laugh escaped Grayson’s mouth. At the same time, a huge amount of pheromones spread throughout his body.
