"Fugaku? The Uchiha clan leader used excessive force?"
Hiruzen Sarutobi never expected the complaint this time to be about Uchiha Fugaku. Originally, it was aimed at Uchiha Kinya's new police force team, but somehow it ended up involving Fugaku.
"Hmph, it seems Fugaku hasn't learned his lesson. Still using violent methods."
"He hit you?" Hiruzen frowned, looking at the injured young man's bandaged arm. His voice carried a note of hesitation. "Were there any other injuries?"
"Yes, there are two more victims outside on stretchers!" The man with the bandaged arm looked at Hiruzen and started to complain tearfully. "Lord Hokage, we were just talking to a friend's wife. That's no reason to be beaten like this, right? We're innocent!"
The man's emotional outburst was so intense that even Uchiha Shisui, standing behind, began to feel a little sympathetic.
"Are all the injured outside?" Hiruzen's tone held a trace of surprise. It seemed like they had done a thorough job, bringing all the victims with them.
"Yes, there are too many people, so they couldn't all fit in!" The young man with the injured arm nodded and continued, "Please, Lord Third, come and see for yourself and bring us justice!"
"Let's go take a look," Hiruzen nodded, waving his sleeve as he walked leisurely toward the exit, puffing smoke rings as he went.
When they reached the lower level, they saw a large crowd—nearly a hundred people. Two individuals on stretchers were pushed to the front, with more Uchiha police officers standing behind them, along with their clan leader, Fugaku.
At this moment, Fugaku and the others looked grim. He had brought over a dozen men to patrol a small area, staying vigilant and cautious around the civilians, but he hadn't expected this outcome—they had been surrounded.
