Chapter 30 : Angry Uchiha Shin!!
"Fugaku, Eisuke is right. You can't refuse just because the area in question is civilian. Everyone in Konoha is equal. Do you really look down on civilians?" Sarutobi Hiruzen said, looking at Fugaku with a stern expression. He took a puff from his pipe and let out a cloud of smoke.
"Eisuke has just taken over the Police Force. This time, we'll follow his suggestions. The Uchiha clan has managed the Police Force for years and can handle some things better. You must properly support the new Police Force Team from now on!"
Sarutobi Hiruzen used the concepts of civilians and fairness to pressure Uchiha Fugaku, leaving him without a good response and forcing him to look at Sarutobi Eisuke.
Fugaku was unhappy, but the Third Hokage had given his orders, and opposing them would go against the Hokage's wishes. Besides, they needed to give up control of the Police Force to ease tensions with Konoha.
Success shouldn't be ruined by failure.
Fugaku thought it was best to calm things down for now.

"I'll remember your contribution to Konoha!" The Third Hokage said as he saw Uchiha Fugaku accept the decision. "Take your clan members to apologize to those you hurt!"
