Zhao Zilong, however, looked up in the direction of the woods, scoffed, "Just because you didn’t discover her doesn’t mean she didn’t come."
"Did she really follow us?" Li Jing’s eyes widened in disbelief, her expression freezing. She hadn’t noticed at all.
Zhao Zilong nodded slightly, confidently gazing into the distance.
Gu Xiaoxi was listening from a far-off position, a trace of realization dawning on her. It seemed Zhao Zilong had accurately guessed her intentions, hence his certainty that she would follow.
