Chapter 522: I love you
Ye Tian’s expression turned ugly, filled with worry. Recalling the scene from last night that he described, Chu Tianying also felt uneasy. At this moment, the satellite phone that Chu Tianying had kept in his backpack suddenly rang.

"You didn’t turn it off?" Ye Tian asked.
"My satellite signal is encrypted. It can’t be tracked. It must be my family calling."
Mercenaries often referred to their teams as "family," so Ye Tian wasn’t surprised. However, he was still brooding over the comment that Chu Tianying had made during their last phone call, about being discovered if too much time passed. Seeing Ye Tian’s reproachful look, Chu Tianying awkwardly laughed, then took the satellite phone out of his backpack.
His brows furrowed; Chu Tianying was sure he didn’t recognize this number. That was strange. Their team’s phone numbers were all encrypted and unique, and they rarely changed. Where could this unknown number be from? It couldn’t have been hacked—no one had been known to crack satellite phone encryption. The phone kept ringing, and after Chu Tianying mentioned it to Ye Tian, who couldn’t be sure either, Ye Tian waved his hand, "Answer it. If it’s good fortune, great; if it’s disaster, you can’t avoid it."
"Should I really take the call?"
"Nonsense!"
With a fierce glare from Ye Tian, Chu Tianying hurriedly answered the phone. The call connected, but no one on either end spoke at first. Chu Tianying shook his head at Ye Tian.
