Sitting amidst the ruins, Gegee’s boys had lit a fire and gathered around it, a dented teapot sitting on top as steam rose into the still air. Leonel projected a translucent blue screen, watching Gegee’s movements from where they were seated.
But unknown to any of them, resting in a luxurious bed lined with silk sheets, Darren was watching too. Through his skill, Mark of the Forged, which turned people into loyal servants, he could see exactly what Leonel saw through his tech nodes. Which meant—he was watching Gegee too.
"Damn..." the driver murmured, his mouth full of cheap protein bar. "Gegee looks dangerous hot."
"She’s the boss’s favorite," Leonel replied dryly, not taking his eyes off the screen. "What did you expect?"
"I just wanna see how she plays the boy dressed like that. I’ve heard stories about her skills... can’t wait to see ’em in action." Another man snorted, pouring burnt coffee into a cracked ceramic mug.
Leonel smirked. "Well then, shut up and watch. The stage is set."
Onscreen, Gegee strolled casually through the cracked pavement of the safezone, her heels tapping on the ground like a countdown.

Shin wandered through the safezone alone, hands buried in his pockets, his eyes scanning lazily. He was hunting aimlessly, hoping to stumble upon a woman with an S-rank skill worth reaping and praying his Sexual Profile skill would activate.

Trailing behind him at a cautious distance was Ado, limping slightly, using a stick to support himself while tightly clutching a bottle of baby oil beneath his armpit. His phone was in hand, screen dimmed, as he sent live updates to Gegee on Shin’s movements.
