Chapter 32: Morally Screwed
As soon as the words fell, the overbearing aura of the ant fell on them, Zephyr took a step back due to the Aura but the rest of his group each resisted with their own Aether.
The ant had a savage look, along with it's outer membrane that looked dangerously close to metal, looking at it the feeling Zephyr got was like he was staring at a rock while looking for ways to defeat it, at least he could cleave it in half.
With a determined expression he pushed forward and was about to speak when Arden who was in front of him suddenly blurred leaving behind a few words.
Sanguis— Bone Cithadel
The figure of Arden appeared in the front of the ant, bones joting out of his body, his rib cages putruded out, his ankle knees and elbows all had Bone spears joting out of them.
He appeared in front of the ant and delivered a punch that created a splitting sound, the ant step-sided dodging the punch showing abnormal intelligence. The ant then swiped it's claw, aming at the back of the head of Arden— who flowed along with his previous momentum, moving forward and out of the range of the claws.
The ant moved to pursue it's prey, when suddenly it felt something heavy descend on it, halting it's movement as it struggled to move under the overwhelming pressure. Cealsen arrived at the side of the beast his spear already extended outward and into the body of the beast.
Clang.
The metal head of his spear hit the outer membrane of the ant and produced a clanging sound along with some sparks.
