Chapter 20 - Leaving the cave
Sometime later, Mira's teammates begin to regain their consciousness. One by one, all of them open their eyes and look at their surrounding area. As expected, all of them are very confused about their situation.
Naturally, they are unable to recognize the place where they are right now. But before they could do anything or start to panic, Mira went toward them and told them to lie down. They just regain their consciousness and need it to recover their memories.
Using her observation technique, she could tell her teammates needed some more time to recover fully. Until then, all of them shoot and lie down. Those four people become relaxed after noticing Mira.
It takes some time for everyone to remember their previous memories. The moment they remembered all of this, everyone became angry and wanted to kill those people who did this to them. Fortunately, Mira was able to calm them down.
She also told how they came inside that place. She also introduced David, who also came to that place to observe those people who were currently lying down on the ground. Even though he did not have observation techniques, by looking at their faces, David could tell there was a better condition.
With this, David decided to wait there for a few more minutes. Naturally, he cannot waste his time in that place as he needs to kill Monsters to gather life energy. He would have already left that place, but he decided to wait until they did not recover their consciousness.
Mira begins to explain to them what happened to them and also how they came to that place. She told her teammates how they received help from David and how David carried them to that place. Not just only that, David also helps them to eliminate the poison from their bodies.
Mira's teammates also become surprised when they get to hear David healing them to eliminate the effect of the poison. Not only that, they already check their body and can tell they are recovering very quickly. Currently, they do not have any injuries, which is a good thing for them.
At this time, David suddenly notices some Monsters outside the cave, so he tells them to stay there while he kills those Monsters. Naturally, he did not require anyone's help to deal with those level 8 or level 7 Monsters.
