Chapter 9: talk between father and son
The sun dipped low in the sky, casting golden light across the arena. The ice from my final aura release had already melted, leaving only a memory of what had just occurred.
People still whispering my name and discussing abouty powers and my future.
But to me, none of it mattered.
I was walking toward my father who stood near the edge of the stadium with his arms crossed and as for his face it's unreadable.
No one see pride in his face but I can feel it,Not awe.Something more profound like a mixture of feeling he was feeling but supressed to not show his emotions.
As I was stopped in front of him, with my heart still pounding. "I said with pride and happiness " father i won."
He didn't say anything for a second.
Then he nodded once. "Yes... you did."
Then there was silence.

He pulled me into a hug.
