~Serissa’s POV~
"Oh shit..." I muttered, slapping my palm to my forehead as a memory crashed into me.
**Flashback**
It had been a normal day—almost boring.
I was walking into the hallway when Spring bumped into me like she slipped and fell. My first and initial thought was that she only wanted to sully me with her presence or get a touch of my grace.
Her arm grazed mine as she stumbled, and I flinched, hating to have to make contact with a commoner rogue.
"What do you think you’re—Don’t touch me!"
"Sorry," she’d said calmly. "I tripped."
