Chapter 104: Finding Jack
Joey turned out to be a rather talkative guy, and he sent out a barrage of questions.
The group briefly answered all they could and stood up to leave. They wasted enough time already.
Joey waved them goodbye from the entrance. The thugs around pretended to not see them.
"I say we stop here for today," said Myra.
"We found a few clues to follow; that's enough. I'll try to get us some tickets for the theater play." She added.
They still had lessons tomorrow; it wouldn't be good to stay overly late.
"And I'll investigate the book version of the play. I'll let you know if I find anything," Rose said with a push of her glasses.
Her face was colored with a bit of excitement. She felt like a detective at this moment.
"I'll ask Albert again; maybe he will know something," said Cyril.
Since they were taking roles like that, he felt he should do something too. It wouldn't take too much time anyway.
With this done, they slowly started walking home.
