Chapter 106: The Agreement Between Two Snakes
The moment the call ended, Su Jinhe slammed the phone down on the marble table in the hotel lobby with a loud bang, drawing the attention of nearly everyone nearby.
"Fucking bastard! Who the hell does he think he is? Threatening me? Me?!"
"He is just a fucking gold digger, bastard!!!"
He was practically foaming at the mouth, his face red with rage. Several guests glanced at him nervously, muttering to each other.
A child clutched their mother’s hand tightly as she pulled them away from the lobby lounge.
"What are you looking at?!" Su Jinhe barked at a passing bellboy. "You want a picture?! I’ll give you one with your mother!"
"Sir, please calm down—" a receptionist tried to intervene, but Su Jinhe’s temper snapped.
"You shut the hell up too! What kind of shitty service is this?! I’ll have you all fired by the end of the day! You know who I am?!"
Security was already being called. Two suited guards emerged from the side hallway, radio in hand, but before they could reach him, a voice interrupted.
"Now, now... what’s with all the shouting, Mr. Su?"
The words rolled out smooth as whiskey, arrogant and lazy.
