Arthur's boots echoed against the cold, black stone as he moved down the shadowed corridor. The air was soffucating with magic. Each step stirred a faint pulse beneath his feet, as though the castle itself was alive, watching his every move. The only sound was the steady rhythm of his footsteps, reverberating against the towering walls.
His glowing blue eyes scanned everything every shadow, every flicker of movement. Something was waiting.
At the end of the hall, a massive set of doors twisted black iron and veined with crimson light stood ajar. Without hesitation, Arthur pushed them open, stepping through.
And the world changed.
the suffocating interior of the castle was gone. Now, Arthur stood on a vast, open battlefield. a place that shouldn't exist within the structure he just left.
