Chapter 51: Frostcove Maze(4)
"You thought I was out of mana," I let out a small chuckle, tapping onto my storage ring and pulling out another sword. "But, I was just caught off guard by that explosion."
I pulled my blade back, amethyst lightning violently crackling around it. I focused on my breathing and the mana flowing through the circuits. My eyes lit up with amethyst colour as the final thing I saw was the knight trying his hardest to pull out the sword.

The whole area flashed with purple light, and the lightning that crackled went silent. The sword fell from my hands onto the ice floor with a metallic sound.
Half of my face was covered with cold frost, and I could not feel the right side of my face. My right eye was hurting with sharp pain as if someone had poked it with a needle.
My body felt heavy as if thousands of pounds had settled on my shoulders. My legs felt like lead, my arms dripping with blood from the cuts of the lances.
The adrenaline was wearing off, and the pain was taking over my body, making it hard for me to move.
My gaze shifted towards the knight. A purple line appeared at his neck joint making a cursed smile run along my lips.
I had won.
"Fuck you," I mumbled, falling to the ice floor. My back felt the sharp cold of the ice, making me wince, but it's fine.
I can rest for sometime.
