Chapter 38 : It’s useful
After returning to the hotel, it was already past twelve-thirty in the afternoon.
The two had a quick meal at the restaurant downstairs before heading back to their room.
"This is all your fault. I'm sweating all over."
Wanda shrugged off her windbreaker, revealing the damp clothes clinging to her skin underneath. The fabric, soaked through with sweat, stuck to her, making her feel uncomfortable.
Finn swallowed hard, his eyes fixed on her.
Her outfit was thin to begin with, but now, wet and molded to her body, it perfectly outlined her mature and alluring figure. After being under the sun for so long, her usually pale skin had a soft, rosy flush.
Combined with those clear, striking eyes, she looked both innocent and dangerously tempting.
Finn cleared his throat, forcing his gaze upward. "Well, what do you want me to do about it? How about I wash it for you?"
His voice came out rougher than intended, but he didn't look away.
Wanda rolled her eyes, catching the heat in his stare.
"Go away."
