Chapter 12 : Wanda’s Suspicion
The efficiency of the Westview Town Police Station was very fast. It didn't take long for the sheriff to bring people to the scene, get Gordon off the scene, and start collecting evidence.
"Finn, what happened?"
Upstairs, Wanda heard the commotion and went downstairs, where she saw the police taking notes from Finn and Agatha.
"Someone was lurking in Agatha's room."
Finn's expression revealed fear, as if what had just happened had nothing to do with him.
"My God, that's too dangerous! Luckily, you're not hurt."
Wanda's eyes widened slightly when she heard this, and she walked over, visibly worried.
Although she is not an Avenger, she is still a girl at heart, and hearing such things naturally surprised and worried her.
After all, someone had managed to sneak into the house without their knowledge!
"Don't worry, those guys seemed to be only after money," Finn said with an easy smile.
"But it does mean that the security measures in the apartment are too poor. It seems we need to improve the security facilities."
