Westview Town.
The morning sun shone through the thin clouds, casting its warm light on the quiet town.
"According to our station's news, after five years of disappearance, most people are returning to their normal lives..."
The TV in the café broadcasted the news, filling the room with a calm hum of background noise.
"Finn, five years have passed since the Blip happened. How do you feel about it?"
Receptionist Johnsen withdrew his gaze from the screen and looked at the young man sitting at the opposite table.
His light brown hair framed his thoughtful face, one that seemed far too calm for someone who had just experienced such a chaotic world.
"It's... surreal. Five years of change feel like the blink of an eye to me..."
Finn put down his coffee cup after hearing Johnsen's question. He paused for a moment, lost in thought, before responding, "It's just like waking up from a dream."
The second half of his response reflected Finn's true feelings.
