Xia Ke knew that this apartment would definitely satisfy Huang Jing, but still asked, "What do you think?"
Gazing at the apartment, Huang Jing was truly satisfied. Right upon entering was a small foyer, essentially just a passageway, of course with a simple shoe cabinet on the side. Though not large, it was enough to accommodate commonly worn shoes.
Then walking down the passageway, the kitchen was on the side, where there was a small sliding door that could block out the cooking fumes.
Next, a turn revealed the sink, a small counter for food preparation, and further on were the refrigerator and the washer and dryer.
Opposite the refrigerator was the bathroom. Though not spacious, it just managed to incorporate a wet and dry separation, which pleased Huang Jing immensely.
She didn’t want to take a shower and have the entire bathroom soaked, and because it was a corner unit, there was a window here for ventilation.
Next to the washing machine was a small vanity, which could also serve as a workstation, depending on how one used it.
And opposite it was a large wardrobe, behind which was a queen-size mattress, separated from the living room by an arched doorway with curtains that gave off a princess vibe.
"I don’t think this is the right fit for me," Huang Jing said, pointing at the lace curtains.
"I quite like it," Xia Ke expressed her real liking for the arrangement, "The same apartment, really, I didn’t expect such a setup."
