Wei blinked. "Because She wasn’t involved in such activities during his time. From what he told me, the She gang’s leader was a woman."
"Who was the woman?"
"Her identity is unknown."

"Her gang wasn’t a part of our underworld. They were a separate group. The only thing we know is that she was an assassin."
Mingshen arched his brow.
"But the right kind. They functioned similarly to how we do. Assassinate troublesome people the law did not want to dirty their hands with."
