Chapter 112: The Devil Doctor is out to steal~
At Infiniti Technologies, the murmuring, whispering and guessing continued to onslaught the office’s atmosphere. They were ready to see Zhang Feiyu getting taken out by the cops at any time now.
"I cannot believe that Zhang Feiyu would do this. I mean he was always so quiet and polite."
"This just shows that even the most seemingly inconspicuous man could become a killer if provoked enough. That’s so sad really."
"Yeah he is actually so smart and talented. You should see his app development work. He is a pro."
Just then, Huojin returned to the work zone premises from Kong Chuanli’s office cabin. He was casually taking a walk around the area and everybody’s cubicles.
"What is that Inspector doing?"
Huojin looked at the windows and the premises roof. He continued his journey which nobody could clearly explain and walked across where Kong Chuanli’s team sat everyday.
Hu Linglu’s cubicle was right beside the large glass window pane. He looked outside to see the sun quite high up in the sky now. Beside her was Zou Haoran’s seat. His business coat was hanging across his seat’s back. Opposite their cubicles was where Zheng Feiyu would sit. It was identical to theirs. He found nothing of interest there.
He stood at his same position for a few long moments, looking outside the window first and then back at the cubicles. The employees found this all very strange.
Eventually, he headed back to Kong Chuanli’s office. Xiyang came forward and asked Zou Haoran and Hu Linglu to come inside. They threw each other a pensive look and went in amidst everybody’s scrutiny.
Inside, Zhang Feiyu was already present. He stood with his face down and shoulders slouched.
