Chapter 92: Plan went awry
"But everybody is ganging up against me!" Anhe exhaled trembling and raging breaths. "Aang, Yibo, Daxia and Jinping...everybody...everybody is betraying me!"
Aang had trouble reigning his fury. "Betray? Don’t you even talk shit about betrayal because you are the one who betrayed us first."
"What the hell are you even talking about!? When did I do anything?"
He smiled. "You have quite a weak memory, don’t you? Just two weeks back, we celebrated the annual cultural festival in college and you ruined it for us spectacularly. Showing us the secret video recording you took of us harassing Yong on full display in the audio-visual room was quite bold of you despite you forcing that upon us."
Anhe gave him a blank stare at first, unable to comprehend it. She lost her cool as it struck her. "That day at the AV room? Oh come on! Didn’t I already clarify that I wanted to take pictures of your fear and panic-stricken faces? It was all for the sake of the photography competition that Shilin’s class was holding!"
Yibo barked. "Shut it you bitch! Don’t think that we are stupid to not know your tactics. Out of everything in the world, the only idea you got was of taking our goddamned pictures by threatening us?"
"Mind your language, Yibo!" Mr. Geng snarled.
Anhe was frustrated. "It was a theme based competition you fools! The participants had to draw chits and they had to click the best picture they could based on that. Themes like happiness, nature, children, friendship, etc. I got the theme fear. You can ask Shilin. That’s why I did what I did. I even explained that to you!"
Aang said, "And you think it’s over with that explanation? Who the fuck do you think we are? You secretly record these videos and then you can use them whenever you freaking want it. Did you really think we would believe you using Yong’s harassment video against us just for the sake of some stupid competition!? I know it, Anhe. You didn’t do it to win the competition or impress Shilin. You just wanted to have sadistic pleasure by seeing our fear-stricken faces, didn’t you?"
