Chapter 81: Basement Part 1
Luis and Alice had no choice but to stop kissing because the door to the extracurricular room wasn’t even locked. Alice quickly sat down and pushed Luis away. After that, she stood up and spontaneously tidied her messy hair.
"Follow me," she said suddenly.
Surprisingly, she pressed against the wall behind the sofa. However, what was even more surprising was that part of the wall suddenly slid back, revealing a dark room on the right side.
Alice pulled Luis inside and pushed the wall forward again until it closed tightly.
It was a completely sealed room. Luis couldn’t hear any sounds from outside, even though he knew the Awakener students had already entered the extracurricular room.
Of course, the room was very dark, but when Alice pressed a button, a dim light came on in the ceiling.
It wasn’t a large room, but there was a staircase leading down to the basement, and below, Luis saw a basement that wasn’t very spacious either, with an old table and no chairs.
There were many wine bottles in the basement. Some of them were still neatly wrapped.
"What is this place?" Luis asked, not expecting to find a hidden room like this in the school.
"It’s not a special place; it was built by an early-generation Awakener at this school, and every year, only about 10% of the Awakener students know about it. Those who know don’t talk about it because it’s not considered important. Sometimes a few students come here to relax and have a drink." Alice explained calmly.
Luis couldn’t help but take a closer look while Alice stepped into the basement below.
