At this moment, an old lady suddenly arrived in a hurry. Seeing that they were about to close their stall, she said with great disappointment, "Oh dear, are you already packing up? Is all the tofu sold?"
Zhao Dong had some impression of this old lady; she was the first customer to buy tofu from his stall.
Seeing someone else approach, Aunt’s face lit up, and she said warmly, "Not sold out, not sold out! There’s still one piece left."

Fortunately, a butcher at a nearby stall told her there was another one at the end of the North Street Market, so she came over to take a look.
Zhao Dong wrapped the remaining piece and a half of tofu in a lotus leaf and, smiling, handed it to the old lady. "This is the last piece and a half. I’ll just charge you for one piece."
