My Enemy Became My Cultivation Companion

Not every place within the Joyful Sect was as perilous as the Scripture Pavilion. Among the three of them, Yin Weiyin and Lu Ying were both at the Core Formation Realm, making it effortless for them to break through the array in this pavilion.

And, as luck would have it, the pavilion indeed contained a statue of the Heavenly King.

Yin Weiyin, without shifting her gaze, said, "If the four statues of the Heavenly Kings are gathered, the Medicine Buddha Tower can be opened. But who knows whether the vestment robe of Wuxiang Zen Master truly exists."

She wasn’t particularly interested in Wuxiang Zen Master’s robe; what she sought was the method to destroy the Joyful Sect’s cultivation technique of "harvesting and replenishing."

By common reasoning, such a cultivation technique would either reside in the Scripture Pavilion or within the sect’s forbidden grounds. The Scripture Pavilion’s vast collection of texts had long deterred Yin Weiyin, who had already resolved to set the pavilion ablaze when the time was right.

Thus, only the Medicine Buddha Tower remained. She was determined to enter the tower and find the harvesting technique—only then could she rest easy.

If he couldn’t use his harvesting technique to strengthen his cultivation, he would inevitably tire of it someday.
