Chapter 2: Where It all began
Our protagonist, a 67-year-old man, wakes up in the evening. It's 12:30.
"Ahh... that felt good," he muttered, savoring the rare, peaceful sleep he had finally managed to get in weeks.
As he swung his legs off the bed and placed his foot on the floor, but surprisingly something warm and mushy greeted him. He felt a chill run down his spine almost as if he instinctively knew that it was
"Huh?"
He glanced down and froze. He had stepped on dog poop.
"Damn you, LITTLE SHIT! COME HERE!" he shouted at his dog, Rafale, chasing the mischievous pup around the room.
Though he might seem like an ordinary old man, he was far from it. He was a business tycoon who built unicorn startups, a multibillionaire, a certified genius, a fitness industry icon, and a 13-time Ironman competitor. The list of his accomplishments went on and on.
But today, something big was about to happen, big enough that even he, who had accurately predicted the 2032 stock market crash, could never have seen it coming.
Suddenly, a secretary from King Corporation barged into his room.
