An Extra's POV: My Three Fiancees Hate Me

Chapter 111: Up to you

The incident of the dungeon was kept a secret by all of them there; they understood what Lance stood to lose if this was leaked.

Everyone returned back to the academy after that. They had their fill of adventuring, and they all decided to spend the time in the academy practicing their spirit zone or something else.

Riven had been locked inside his room for days, trying to get in contact with the spirit zone and also trying to talk to Twilight, but no matter how hard he attempted to contact the spirit, it didn’t work.

He had given up on the sword; he figured maybe one seal was not enough for him to get any useful information from the sword.

The issue was that he didn’t even know how he unsealed the sword in the first place, so he didn’t know how to go forward with the sword. He decided that the next time he had the chance, he would head to Ribest and meet Black to ask him about the sword.

As for his spirit zone, it had taken him well over four days of study and practice to finally get in contact with it. He had gone so many sleepless nights that there were bags under his eyes.

[...]

Inside his room, Riven sat cross-legged, his eyes shut tight. He took a deep breath and then let it out. When he was fully relaxed, he attempted entering his spirit being again.

His mind was as calm as it could get—it was the first stage to entering the spirit zone, like the book said.

After a few seconds, he began feeling the range of his mana take shape. This was the spirit zone. It spread out, covering the entire room, going over twenty meters wide.

’Yes, I’ve finally reached the second stage, stabilizing it,’ Riven thought. He tried his best to keep his control. His head started aching from immense pain, but he didn’t give up there. He kept pushing through the pain until finally, the pain stopped.
