Chapter 84: Uniform
Initially, Riven had felt that the prince was a neutral party that didn’t really have any issues with him. But now, it turned out that was not true. It’s not that the prince was calm and neutral, he was simply watching and biding his time.
"The way I got strong is my business, it has nothing to do with you at all. Everyone in this room simply thinks they are better than me and I don’t deserve what I got, right?
Well then come and take it, I dare you. Take the first rank and see if it’s easy," Riven said. His voice sounded enraged; he looked at them with bloodthirsty eyes, ready to rip off the head of whoever came for him.
He took one step forward, looked at all of them, and with a cold glare in his eyes, he spoke, "As long as I remain in the academy, none of you will take the first rank from me."
The room fell silent, so much that if even a pin fell, it could be heard. The air was heavy.
They all stared at Riven, their eyes held malice—all but one pair of eyes: the princess. She stared at Riven not as an enemy, but like a wonder, as if she wanted to find out who he truly was.
"Now that all of you have heard what I have to say loud and clear, GET OUT OF MY ROOM!" he roared in anger. His breathing was heavy.
"I see even trash gets proud when they have a little power," Liana said and got up. She walked to the door, looked at Riven right in the eye and spoke,
"No matter what you do, I’ll not respect you. And soon, I, Rank Six, will take that rank from you," she said.
